（医療機器メーカーでのお電話によるお客様サポート業務）
当社では、医療製品に関心をお持ちのお客様やご使用いただいているお客様に対して、電話を通じて専門的なサポートとアドバイスを提供する「コンシューマーケアスペシャリスト」を募集しています。
本ポジションは、通話件数や品質などの目標達成に向けて自己成長を続けられる、やりがいのあるお仕事です。
＜応募方法＞

＜主な業務＞
① 架電：Webやおハガキ経由でサンプル依頼やお問い合わせをいただいたお客様への製品案内やサンプル提供
② 入電：直接お電話にてお問い合わせいただいたお客様への対応
③ 専用システムへの入力業務：会話の記録、サンプルの手配の記録等
＜求める経験・能力・スキル＞
【必須】
・お客様（ご⾼齢のお客様が中⼼です）のニーズや関心を理解し、共感性を⽰しながら製品の説明を⾏う電話応対スキル
・電話応対と平⾏しながらCRMシステムに効率よく会話要点を記録するPCスキル
・自ら進んで目標達成に向けて行動する能力
・お客様対応や電話応対のスキルや経験をチーム内で共有し、助け合うチームワーク志向
・柔軟なコミュニケーションができる方
・様々な意見や視点を尊重し、取り入れる姿勢のある方
・自ら進んで行動し、問題解決に取り組む能力のある方
・コロプラストの価値観に共感し、個人の成長と共に会社の発展に寄与してくださる方
【尚可】
・コールセンターの経験を3年以上お持ちの⽅歓迎
・お客様に対して積極的に関心を持ち、親身に対応することに興味がある方
