Territory Manager - Scotland East

Coloplast is the worlds leading Medtech company and we are looking for a Territory Manager to join our Wound Care Team.


The role of the Territory Manager is To achieve increased sales and market share of the Coloplast wound care product portfolio in the community sector.  In this exciting role you will;

  • Build relationships and work closely with District Nurses, Tissue Viability Nurses and Podiatrists
  • Drive increased sales and market share in the acute sector through relationships with procurement, suppliers, and ward management/nurses
  • Maintain and defend sales within territory
  • Promote and differentiate our company through the total value proposition offer
  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager and Healthcare Partnership Manager to execute the business plan.  
  • Analyse and use regional sales data and metrics to support delivery of sales plans
  • Ensure accurate administration and record keeping, for example, maintenance of customer databases and records, progress notes and customer follow up
  • Ensure a great working knowledge of CCG’s and NHS trusts within territory, understanding their priorities and how they manage accounts

  • Experience of working within wound care or medical device sector
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the NHS environment and customers
  • You must be passionate about understanding your customer’s needs and delivering solutions through partnerships

To apply for this role, you must live in East Scotland, ideally in the East Central Belt.


A graduate level candidate with commercial experience would be considered, if you can demonstrate the above personal competencies.
