We’re searching for a Test Method Specialist to support and elevate our operational sites across Hungary, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, and Portugal. What You’ll Do

• Lead and maintain release and validation testing for legacy products, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
• Develop and enhance test methods to keep our established product portfolio performing at its best.
• Drive site-to-site test method transfer and support the transfer of new test methods from R&D to operational sites, ensuring smooth adoption and consistent execution.
• Troubleshoot test methods and test equipment on-site or remotely, helping teams resolve issues efficiently and sustainably.
• Collaborate closely with international teams, aligning processes, sharing best practices, and strengthening global testing capability.

What You Need to Succeed

• Fluent English skills (written and spoken) — essential for daily collaboration and communication across regions.
• Relevant academic background (MSc in Engineering) — ensures you’ve got the fundamentals to thrive.
• Solid statistical knowledge — you’ll rely on data analysis to evaluate methods, interpret results, and guide improvements.
• A background in test methods, test equipment, or test systems — a strong advantage that will help you contribute from day one.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work across technical disciplines and cultures.
• Motivation to work with global stakeholders and navigate multi-time-zone collaboration.
