Your primary task’s/responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management and sourcing activities for indirect materials and services (mainly production machinery). Work closely together with the local site as well as with the global team at each Coloplast site to optimize the spend related to indirect materials, services and CAPEX.
  • Run global projects in various categories (mainly production machinery)
  • Facilitate and lead supplier negotiations.
  • Challenge our existing supplier portfolio by finding and qualifying new suppliers in the region.

 

Your Qualification and personality:

 

  • College / University degree
  • 5 years of business experience, preferably within Procurement (or alternatively within the technical or engineering field)
  • Skilled negotiator with a commercial understanding and ability to see sourcing opportunities globally as well as regionally.
  • Strong commercial skills and technical insight is an advantage.
  • Relevant commercial or/and technical education and background.
  • The ability to ensure a collaborative environment with key stakeholders.
  • Capable of working cross-functionally and cross-geographically with people on all levels in the organization.
  • Target oriented, self-starter, precise, willing to travel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

 

Your new job

In Corporate Procurement we are looking for a strong and dynamic profile to take up a new position as Strategic Buyer. The position will be located in one of our biggest manufacturing sites in Tatabanya, Hungary.

 

The candidate will be working closely with the teams from our manufacturing site in Nyírbátor HU, Costa Rica and Portugal, but also with the global Procurement team in Coloplast DK as well as with the Global Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sourcing projects, identifying cost saving opportunities and to implement these in close cooperation with the internal organization and the suppliers, with support from the colleagues in the global procurement and engineering functions.
