Product Support Specialist
About the Department
Our team is responsible for maintaining the design and performance of mature products produced within Global Operations. We ensure product quality and compliance by supporting material and design changes, driving cost-efficient solutions, and optimising processes. In addition, we provide product-related training to colleagues, covering product use, composition, functionality, and key features.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Contribute to mass production (SVS) projects
- Manage CRs related to the role’s scope
- Create and maintain product descriptions and compositions
- Develop and update risk management files
- Ensure Design Control in close collaboration with QA functions
- Create and maintain specifications
- Provide input to PMS reports
- Deliver product knowledge training to Coloplast employees
- Support quality investigations (complaints, CAPA, NC)
- Contribute to shelf-life extension activities for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods
Qualifications
- Relevant college or university degree (chemical/material engineering is an advantage)
- Experience with Coloplast products, processes, and quality systems
- Strong quality mindset
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Confident decision-making and excellent self-management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel approx. 15-20 days per year
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Notes, PowerPoint
