Market Expansion Coordinator

We have a new position in our Supply Chain Support Department located in Coloplast PDC Tatabánya.

The position itself a brand new within Supply Chain Support department refers to the Customer Service Manager, and you will be working in cooperation with many stakeholders like Launch Managers, local planning, subsidiaries, etc.

The job:

Work within the Market Expansion coordinator role you will need to coordinate the Market Expansions globally, at all production sites, which is the launch of existing product in new markets. The role is responsible for making sure about the creation of the new item in the system and the product availability on the markets in the right timing. You are the key person to create the change controls and work in close cooperation with the production sites. These tasks require a precise work habit and a well-structured way of thinking. With these skills you will be able to support the supply chain processes at Coloplast.

Your primary tasks are to:

• Lead and follow up Market Expansion Process - Launch of existing product in new markets
• Take the MEP case and create a business case
• Prepare the MEP overview in consideration of delivery issues and production capacity
• Based on the business case in the MEP, make project/activity plan and decide on launch time
• Responsible to inform the subsidiary about the launch date and send update if something is changing in the date
• Prepare the label and IFU creation in the label system and check the print of the IFU
• Keep close collaboration with the market clarifying all country specific requirements
• Create the forecast submission
• Decide on and call follow up meetings (monthly etc.)
• Update different templates and KPIs
• Checking of WO status and follow up of pipeline
• Tracking the launch and hand over to normal production after 3 months

Your qualifications which are essential in this position:

• University degree (recent graduate also)
• Confident verbal and written English knowledge
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office
• Min 2 years’ experience on Supply Chain area
• Experience in a multinational company is an advantage
• Hungarian is a must
