Labelling Specialist

We are looking for a Labelling Specialist for our growing multinational company. The Labelling Specialists are part of an international team (seated partially in Hungary and partially in Denmark).

This job is located in Tatabánya, where Coloplast is one of the leading companies, ensuring wide range of professional opportunities.

Responsibilities

The Labelling Specialist is responsible for all tasks related to physical labelling activities, that include:  

• Participate in IVS (development) and SVS (mass production) projects 
• Handle non-conformities (NCs) and change controls (CCs) related to main responsibilities 
• Create and maintain label and printing tape specifications 
• Responsible for keeping physical labelling and printing quality related documentation compliant for CE mark and other product registrations 
• Contributing to creation and maintainence of instructions related to physical labelling 
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders at all Coloplast sites
• Coordination of production tests related to projects 
• Handling and evaluation of label related activities in transportation studies
• Coordination with relevant labelling suppliers in alignment with Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and Procurement

Requirements 

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant field 
• IT skills: Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel
• Preferably Knowledge of relevant Regulatory and quality standards in Medical Device area 
• Preferably experience with medical device production
