About the department  

Our team is located in the Coloplast Business Center in Szczecin, but we cooperate daily with teams at the headquarters in Humlebaek, Denmark, as well as in the subsidiaries. When joining Coloplast, you will enter a truly global company that offers great opportunities and challenges. The eCommerce & Digital Operations team is responsible for developing and delivering digital offerings across our many markets, so you will be joining an ambitious and energetic team. 

 

About the job  

As an eCommerce & Digital Operations Coordinator, you will assist both global and local marketing teams in various digital activities, including website creation, product launches, digital maintenance, and work within integrated platforms. The position requires a blend of technical and soft skills to ensure effective collaboration and adaptability. 

 

Your daily tasks will include: 

  • Continuous maintenance of a broad digital portfolio in all company subsidiaries. 
  • Coordination of digital campaigns and product launches with global, local, and external marketing teams. 
  • Implementation of new features and designs in a CMS environment. 
  • Website content updates. 
  • Conducting meetings and training sessions with our internal stakeholders. 
  • Active participation in various digital projects. 
  • First-level support for our countries with digital offerings and website-related issues. 
  • Reporting platform issues to the digital agency or IT department. 

 

The team works in both office-based and hybrid environments. 

 

About the qualifications  

The ideal candidate for this role will be a curious, proactive, and goal-oriented team player. We are looking for a person with experience in digital, who is open to learning new tools and technologies. As our department works within Agile methodology, crucial competencies for this position include flexibility, the ability to prioritize work effectively, and navigating through cross-department dependencies. 

 

The most important skillset for this position includes: 

  • Communicative English (the company’s official language, with day-to-day contact with teams abroad). 
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects. 
  • The ability to quickly identify issues and come up with effective solutions. 
  • The ability to adjust to new situations, challenges, and changes in scope and requirements. 
  • Experience in building and maintaining websites and/or webshops. 
  • A solid grasp of project management. 
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools. 
  • Capability to lead meetings and training sessions effectively. 

 

You are an ideal candidate if you also: 

  • Understand digital marketing strategies and tools. 
  • Have expertise in stakeholder management. 
  • Have hands-on experience with HTML and CMS. 
  • Have worked with Photoshop and Figma. 
  • Have experience in generating reports and analyzing data. 
  • Have experience in Agile methodology.
