About the department

You will be located in our Coloplast Business Center in Szczecin together with other team members, but you will report into Head of Digital Analytics at the headquarter in Humlebaek, Denmark. When joining Coloplast, you will enter a global company that offers great opportunities and challenges. The Digital Analytics team handles reporting on the new digital solutions that we bring to market. This could be new apps, e-commerce solutions on e-learning solutions, so you will be joining an ambitious and energetic team.


About the job

As a (Junior) Web Tracking Specialist, we would need your help in resolving Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tasks

Some of your responsibilities will be:


  • Creating and maintaining marketing and data collection tags, variables and triggers within both GTM client side and server side
  • Support users in creating custom reports and dashboards based on available data
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis tasks for commercial stakeholders
  • Fixing reported GA/GTM issues and escalations
  • Provide input for debugging to the development team
  • Manage user access within the current analytics tool
  • Create documentation and perform training in the different tools


About the qualifications

We believe that the ideal candidate for this role will be a curious, proactive, and goal-oriented team player who has experience in carrying out longer projects with many stakeholders involved, but at the same time is able to focus on the one-off activities.


You should have:

  • Strong communication skills in English (company’s official language, day-to-day contact with teams abroad)
  • 1-2 years experience in basic Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tasks (e.g. data analysis, adding and reviewing scripts, managing accesses, setting goals)
  • Experience in project and stakeholder’s management


 Preferably you have

  • If you have some understanding of the Agile/Scrum processes and have worked with test cycles, it would be an advantage, but it’s not a requirement
  • Experience with Google Tag manager and server-side tracking is considered an advantage but not required
  • Experience with dataLayer
  • Mid- or long-term education within Analytics, Business, and Marketing, or relevant
