About the department
The Direct Sales Support department at Coloplast is dedicated to facilitating efficient sales operations by providing comprehensive support to the sales team. This department focuses on ensuring that sales processes run smoothly and effectively, contributing to overall business growth and customer satisfaction.
Coloplast's CP Homecare division focuses on providing personalized and comprehensive support to individuals who use Coloplast products, particularly those who require home healthcare solutions. This division is integral to ensuring that patients receive the care and assistance they need in the comfort of their homes.
The Back Office of CP Homecare plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and logistical processes. The key responsibilities are order processing, documentation management, billing and invoicing.
The job
The job is located in Szczecin and we expect you to work from the office, with the possibility to work remote from home in some situations, if needed. Your responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage a team of > 20 people
- Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Maintain good working relationships with local lines of business, process owners and internal/external stakeholders
- Recruit, train and develop team members
- Motivate team to achieve individual and team’s objectives
- Take active part in local and global projects
- Create reports for management and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
We believe working in team as a Team Leader requires following:
- University degree
- Preferable 2+ years in team management role potentially in a Shared Services or Outsourcing environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of German
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- A high level of numerical and analytical skills
- Problem solver attitude and improvement drive
- Clear planning and prioritizing skills
- Quality mindset
