About the Department
Global IT is responsible for all IT in Coloplast – across sites and functions. We are here to support our colleagues and to cooperate with them on how to make the best technology decisions. In Global IT, we take care of everything from supporting phones and computers to engaging into large business development projects for all parts of the Coloplast organization.

About the Team
The Systems Engineer for Monitoring will be part of the Public Cloud Operations team that primarily is responsible for the global platforms and services related to Identity Management, Cloud Service Management & Operations, Microsoft 365, SharePoint on premises and Monitoring of Infrastructure & Services. The team is today primarily operating out of Coloplast HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark and our Business Center in Szczecin, Poland.
We would like you to work from our office in Szczecin, Poland, but there is also a possibility to work fully remotely.
Your responsibilities
• Operating, maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the current monitoring IT infrastructure and service monitoring solution which is based on Microsoft SCOM
• Providing support of the platform
• Escalation and coordination with external suppliers and partners within this technology area
• Participation in projects/activities extending or enhancing Coloplast’s setup within the monitoring area
• Giving input to the architecture and governance of the IT services
• Creating new or improving existing support procedures and training documentation
Requirements
• Bachelor or technical degree in computer science, information systems or other industry related curriculum OR relevant work experience in lieu of the educational requirements
• 3+ years of work experience within a company IT department working with operating IT systems and infrastructure
• Experience with Microsoft SCOM or other monitoring tool
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and related technologies
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and and other programming/scripting languages
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Good analytical skills
