About the department
The job is located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland. The local People & Culture team consists of 17 great colleagues providing a variety of People Operations and Business Partnering to the whole CPBC organization. Our scope covers wide P&C expertise, Talent Acquisition & Management, EB, Learning & Development, Facility & Front Desk Coordination.
About the role
Senior People Operations Coordinator is a key role within the People & Culture department, responsible for overseeing operational HR functions and coordinating the work of the P&C Operations team.
This position is responsible for a wide range of operational HR processes, including benefits implementation, payroll oversight, and advising leaders on labor law and company policies. Additionally, the role partners with the P&C Director to optimize budgets and enhance P&C processes, with a strong focus on automation and implementing advanced technological solutions. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of critical P&C operations.
Responsibilities
• Coordination of work of People Operations team (4- person team)
• A daily cooperation with the management team in CPBC – preparing and presenting P&C reports, suggesting new solutions, management of all benefits vendors
• Daily coordination of all employees’ documentation. Making sure all is according to labour law regulations and Coloplast rules
• Cooperation with payroll provider, responsible for all payroll topics
• Implementing new solutions in P&C area, suggesting areas for improvements (especially in process design and automation of processes)
• Calculting the P&C costs, partnering P&C Director with the salary adjustment proceses
• Advising team leaders in all matters connected to employment
• Monitors and controls all employee data in P&C systems
• Being an advisory board for social found members
• Prepares and controls all documentation for foreigners
• Being a partner for P&C Director in creating the People Operations strategy
• Communicating with many institutions and vendors to negotiate better offers or report needed data to external institutions
• Daily cooperation with the managers and team leaders to address the current P&C topics
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, economics or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience
• Experience in coordinating a team
• Strong experience in managing P&C Operations (processess and systems)
• Proven ability to improve processes and system efficiencies
• Experience in automation and IT systems implementation preferred
• Strong knowledge about P&C processes
• Project management experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of Labour Law / Social contributions, payroll and other
• Highly organized with ability to plan, delegate priorities and multitask high volumes of daily service/ work requests
• Proactive and practical approach to problem solving and ability to identify areas for improvements in processes, services and team ways of working
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment
• Last but not least…good sense of humor and leading with empathy approach
