Our direct team, Digital Marketing & Demand Generation (part of CX), focuses on generating user demand and managing website experience with a goal of generating online sales and sample requests, growing both Consumers and Healthcare Professionals database.

 

You now have the chance to become part of shaping our digital media strategy as, following internal promotion, we are currently looking for a Senior Digital Media Specialist. This role blends in-depth media management knowledge across all ad platforms with responsibility for overseeing and expanding the Social Media ones.

 

Your new team consists of 20+ dedicated colleagues located in Denmark and in Poland with activities spanning more than 20 markets.

 

You will be working across multiple departments, both at HQ and internationally.

 

Responsibilities

 

Managing the day-to-day operations in the ad accounts, which includes:

 

  • executing cross-channel media plans and optimizing budgets for measurable success,
  • regularly generating actionable insights from available data, providing post-buy reporting,
  • providing clear daily communication and frontline support to markets,
  • keeping up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies,
  • being a team player who prioritize knowledge and best practise sharing, as well as is able to mentor less senior colleagues.

 

Acting as a global channel (Meta) lead, which includes:

 

  • managing and developing channel for Consumer and HCP activations, covering both Always-On and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with the global program,
  • monitoring, analysing, and refining performance metrics to maximise channel impact across all supported markets,
  • driving test-and-learn initiatives to foster continuous improvement,
  • growing the channel by testing new placements,
  • leading and mentoring Organization towards channel excellence.

 

Qualifications & skills

 

Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential as you'll coordinate across departments to drive change. You'll also simplify technical concepts for non-experts.

 

Must-have:

 

  • University degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or related field,
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital media, including hands-on work and strategy development,
  • Strong understanding of IT, MS Office, and high-performance operations,
  • Ability to interpret metrics, deliver actionable insights, and drive transformation.
  • Team-oriented, results-driven, and fluent in English.

 

Nice-to-have:

 

  • Experience in regulated industries and/or international environments,
  • Familiarity with digital media modeling and/or matrix organizations.
