About the role

Take this opportunity to become part of the Commercial Excellence team, where we establish commercial tools, systems, and processes to enable our sales force to work efficiently and effectively in their day-to-day.  
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will support the team with improving our sales enablement platforms by being the primary contact for user management, content administration, and administrative communication. 
The key platform you will be working with is a newly implemented sales enablement platform which is a one-stop shop for our sales reps for access to training and coaching. The role would primarily focus on supporting the administration of the platform and further improve the UI. 


About the team You will be working out of CPBC in Szczecin, but will be part of the Commercial Excellence team that is situated in our HQ in Denmark. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate closely together with stakeholders in the business areas, IT colleagues, as well as our local subsidiaries. 

 

Key responsibilities:
•    Front-end platform management: Oversee the daily operations of the front-end sales enablement platform, including user management, system updates, and troubleshooting 

•    Assist with UI improvements: Support enhancements to global UI and be the global point of contact for gathering improvement suggestions from subsidiaries
•    Support global team: Assist global colleagues in HQ and subsidiaries in administering content, preparing reports and help with compliance checks
•    Documentation: Maintain and update documentation, for example process guidelines or user manual 
•    Communication: Serve as the point of contact for front-end related inquiries and provide timely support to users


Qualifications  To succeed in this position, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and tech savvy administrative profile that can handle multiple continuous workstreams at the same time. You need to be able to manage the platform front-end operations and support the wider project team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient front-end processes and procedures.  


The ideal candidate: 
•    Can learn new things fast and has the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 

•    Excels at organizing information in a logical and coherent way 
•    Holds a degree within business, IT, or similar
•    Is ready to travel up to 12 days a year – primarily to Denmark
•    Communicates effortlessly in English, both in written and spoken 
•    May have prior experience in an administrative role and/or with IT systems (preferred but not required)
