Consumer Acquisition Team works worldwide with 20+ markets, having specialists spread across a few locations in Poland and Denmark. The team helps markets with media activation to generate online sales and sample requests and grow the consumer database.


Team reports to HQ based in Denmark and is a part of the Consumer Sales organization (part of Consumer & Digital Channels). Here, you will work with Project Managers, Commercial Process Owners and Specialists from different digital teams. Together we support our consumer teams and direct entities around the world in realizing our ambitions.


Your responsibilities

  • Build and execute paid media strategies for some of our subsidiaries,
  • Manage campaigns, working hands-on in various ad platforms from which Google Ads and Facebook Ads are the main ones,
  • Ensure regular delivery of paid performance reporting & insights based on the data analysis and in the context of ongoing paid activities,
  • Run regular communication with subsidiaries you work with,
  • Test & learn new digital marketing opportunities,
  • Boost digital marketing knowledge across markets you support.


Our requirements

  • Experience within digital marketing (within E-commerce advertising is a plus), for at least 1 year operating hands-on in ad platforms,
  • Strong analytical skills, data and business understanding, ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and conclusions,
  • Very good communication skills in English,
  • Very strong organizational skills,
  • Team player.
