About the department 
The Marketing Automation department is based at the Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, where we collaborate closely with teams at our headquarters in Humlebaek, Denmark, as well as with various subsidiaries.


About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Team Leader to join our team at the Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin. The team operates partly from Szczecin and partly from Warsaw, and it is integrated with the Marketing Automation Team located at our headquarters in Denmark. The Team Leader will report directly to the Head of Marketing Automation based in Denmark.
The primary objective of this role is to serve as a supervisor and strategic partner for team members, ensuring that work is executed in accordance with established plans and agreements. In addition to managing personnel, the Team Leader will drive projects that necessitate close collaboration with various departments at headquarters and in different countries. This role will be instrumental in fostering collaboration between the teams in Poland and Denmark.
As a Marketing Automation Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in both developing and implementing Coloplast's global marketing automation strategy, elevating our marketing automation initiatives to new heights.

 

Please note that onsite presence in Szczecin is required.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Automation Team.
•    Ensure that team projects and tasks are delivered with high quality, effective communication, and a strong service orientation towards all stakeholders.
•    Take responsibility for the team's overall performance in alignment with goals and individual KPIs, and conduct regular follow-ups.
•    Support the team by eliminating obstacles and managing workload effectively.
•    Engage, motivate, and develop team members.
•    Identify, propose, and implement process optimizations.
•    Drive internal projects aimed at enhancing solutions, processes, or deliverables.


Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, proactive, and results-oriented leader with:
•    A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role.
•    Expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems.
•    A university degree in Marketing, Online Media, Economics, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•    Experience in online marketing, preferably in email marketing.
•    Proven experience in managing large projects, ideally within an international organization.
•    Strong business acumen.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, articulate, and advocate effectively.
•    Proficiency in English.
•    A high level of professionalism.
