We are currently looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for brand management to be part of our diverse and international team, with locations in both Poland and Denmark, supporting brand experience across our organization.

 

About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting our brand initiatives and ensuring smooth operations across various projects. By working closely with teams across the globe, you’ll help maintain and promote our brand, ensuring consistency and collaboration. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to person for brand tools and resources, providing essential frontline support and helping to build our internal brand community.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Support brand initiatives: Assist in creating, managing and tracking internal communication channels, while also providing day-to-day operational support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

•    Manage brand asset tools: Maintain brand tools by granting access, managing uploads, cleaning up files, and updating brand guidelines. Provide contributor training and handle ongoing maintenance of these tools to ensure smooth functionality. [As is tools: Bynder, Templafy, Versionizer].
•    Support marketing teams: Serve as a link between the brand and marketing teams, managing asset requests and ensuring brand compliance.
•    Technical frontline support: Address and resolve brand-related issues, requests, and inquiries while maintaining smooth, clear communication with a kind and friendly approach [via POB system and mailbox]. Oversee technical checks and manage the approval of marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and compliance [PromoMats].
•    Provide Operational Service Support: Ensure smooth operation support to the broader organization, managing brand assets and coordinating activities related to branding needs.
•    Support Creative Project Management: Assist in managing creative projects, tracking timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely execution.

•    Self-Starter: You can manage your tasks independently and responsibly, working effectively within a team in the international and global setting.
