About the department
Our B2B Sales Support teams work closely with significant B2B healthcare customers such as hospitals, private clinics, medical institutions, pharmacies, distributors, and sales representatives. We stay close to the Customers because as the department we are mainly responsible for processing their orders and entering their data into our systems.
Surgical (IU) business area consists of a broad portfolio of products used in connection with urological and gynecological surgery procedures and includes implants and single-use devices.
Interventional Urology division in Coloplast develops, produces, and markets products for surgical treatment of various urological and gynecological disorders. In IU B2B Sales Support Team we handle big part of sales-related processes such as processing orders from business clients, organizing shipments, invoicing, reporting, and maintaining communication with both external and internal stakeholders.
About the role
We are looking for an IU Process Expert who will support ongoing team activities and contribute to the further development and optimization of our processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing bill-only processes
- Managing audit-process
- Supporting sales representatives with questions related to orders, products, and finances
- Cooperating with external stakeholders
- Providing back-up and support in the order handling process
- Performing data analysis and creating reports (e.g., KPIs, scalability, BI reports)
- Preparing process and project documentation
- Contributing to process standardization
- Driving and supporting process improvements
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of new process migrations
- Preparing and conducting workshops and trainings for team members
- Participating in department-level and global projects in cooperation with Project Managers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a transactional role (more is an advantage)
- Fluent in English (min. B2)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with ERP System

- 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility to extension to a permanent contract.
- Hybrid or onsite work from our office in Szczecin
- Working hours: 10:00–18:00 (Mon–Fri)
- 2 last working day of the month: 15:00–23:00
