You will join our Integration team with 9 colleagues of 5 different nationalities working to keep Coloplast at the forefront of integration standards.

In Coloplast, we have recently launched a new 3-year plan for our Global Operations function. A key theme in the new plan is “standardised and digital”, and our ambition is to develop a standardised and digitised manufacturing system over the coming years. Historically, Coloplast has embraced site specific solutions, but we have now decided that it is time to embark on the exiting standardisation and digitalisation journey in the Global Operations function. As part of this, we will also standardize integrations between various IT Apps and OT environment.

 

As our IT/OT Integration Architect, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT/OT Broker (HiveMQ) to integrate IT/OT environment. This role involves maintaining the stability, security, and performance of IT/OT-systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

 

Specifically, you will:

 

  • Manage and maintain Broker infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems across multiple sites
  • Implement measures to secure and protect IT/OT-systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT/OT alignment and integrations
  • Responsible for developing and maturing UNS and data models
  • Implement strong governance and change management process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and SOPs
  • Participate in IT/OT standardization projects
  • Contiously perform system performance tuning and capacity planning for the future
  • Ensure continued compliance with GxP-regulations, guidelines and internal procedures

 

 

Good communicator with solid integration experience
You have great communication skills, and you enjoy collaborating with teams at different levels in the organisation – while also being able to act independently. In that context, you thrive when working on different projects and using your technical insights as part of the team.

 

More specifically, we imagine that you:

 

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or similar
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/OT Broker management and administration preferably hiveMQ
  • Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers
  • Strong understanding of MQTT protocols, firewalls, and security measures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Have a natural interest in the latest integration technologies
  • Are keen to work with Mulesoft, RAML, Swagger and OAS – if you don’t have experience with those, don’t worry, you will get the chance to learn
  • Have good written and oral English skills
