About the department
Distributor Markets covers approximately 65 markets across Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle-East and Latin America, where Coloplast is represented through distributors. This is one of the most vibrant and diverse sales regions, featuring long-term business partners and newly established markets with high growth expectations. Distributor Markets Operations team, to which we are hiring, cooperates globally with multiple internal and external stakeholders to provide timely product deliveries and operational support to Coloplast’s customers.
About the job
In this position, you'll take the lead in ensuring efficient product deliveries to our partners by collaborating with various stakeholders across the globe, governing processes and driving improvements that contribute to our growth strategy.
In your role you will act as one point of contact regarding products deliveries to our distributor markets. You will be responsible for a number of countries and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to help achieve the operational strategy goals.
As a Global Sales Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting multi-department collaboration to ensure all orders are handled and delivered in a timely manner
• Taking end-to-end ownership of one of the Distributors Markets processes such as contracts, new customers onboarding, pricing or ordering process
• Managing all sorts of challenging situations related to shipping, stock shortages, stock levels, etc.
• Handling the following activities: issuing proforma invoices, credits notes, following-up on payments from your markets, verifying price compliance and maintaining prices in the ERP class system
• Handling day to day communication with key internal and external stakeholders (Global Supply Chain, Finances, EM Regional Offices, etc.) to support EM growth strategy
Requirements
• 5-year experience in a complex business environment or minimum 2-year work experience in a similar role (export sales and global order management incl. invoicing, contracts management, cooperation with multiple stakeholders)
• Financial or legal background (education or job experience) would be an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English
• ERP system experience
