About the department

DD&IT just redesigned the organization to be fit for the next major focus area and even more maturing our way of working by introducing even more best practices for financials controls, SW&Leasing process, analysis, reporting and benchmark into a Digital, Data and IT context. This is the idea behind establishing the new functional area under the Project Management & Enterprise Architecture department, the Finance and Performance Excellence.  

 

About the job

As part of the Finance and Performance Excellence team, the Global IT Asset Specialist is responsible for managing major leasing contracts, with a focus on enhancing both the controlling process and contract performance. The role also oversees the entire IT Client Asset Lifecycle process  for leases, serves as a key point of contact during audits, and ensures seamless collaboration aligned with Project Management & Enterprise Architecture (PMEA) objectives. Additionally, the position drives improvements in cost management and transparency to support the Digital, Data & IT leadership team.  

 

Responsibilities
 •    Manage the day-to-day operations related to global DD&IT leasing contracts, ensuring that all contracts are up-to-date and properly tracked in accordance with the IT Client Asset lifecycle
•    Oversee the Global IT Asset Lifecycle  process for leases, including purchasing, escalation, usage tracking, maintenance, and reporting
•    Manage all aspects of IT leasing asset procurement and management within the company, including Asset Management solution, internal systems and interactions with external vendors
•    Review and verify invoices for leasing agreements, ensuring billing accuracy and resolving any discrepancies with vendors
•    Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of leasing contracts and assets, supporting financial reporting with reliable data for decision-making
•    Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions to optimize costs and compliance
•    Act as the area representative/ SPOC for IT Client Asset Management process in Audits (e.g. ISO)
•    Oversee the Global Asset Lifecycle process for leases, including purchasing, escalation, usage tracking, maintenance, and reporting
•    Manage all aspects of IT leasing asset procurement and management within the company, including Asset Management solution, internal systems and interactions with external vendors


Requirements 
•    2-4 years of proven experience in IT Asset Management and contract managemen including exposure to cooperation with external vendors
•    Ability to create, revise and improve processes related to IT Asset Management lifecycle within global environment 
•    Strong stakeholder management, communication, and partnership skills
•    Ability to analyze and structure complex issues effectively
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience combining IT and finance areas 
•    Experience working in an ITIL driven organization will be an advantage
•    Strong English skills, both in speaking and writing
