Our direct team, Digital Marketing & Demand Generation (part of CX), focuses on generating user demand and managing website experience with a goal of generating online sales and sample requests, growing both Consumers and Healthcare Professionals database.
You now have the chance to become part of shaping our digital media strategy as, with expanding responsibilities, we are currently looking for two Digital Media Managers that will be essential for guiding digital marketing initiatives within the Chronic Care Commercial team. This role blends in-depth media management knowledge with strategic oversight of one of Coloplast’s digital media programs.
Your new team consists of 20+ dedicated colleagues located in Denmark and in Poland with activities spanning more than 20 markets.
You will be working across multiple departments, both at HQ and internationally. You’ll be exposed to senior leadership to maximize both visibility and impact.
Responsibilities
Act as a regional client lead, which includes:
- Serving as the primary contact for markets, providing strategic guidance and ensuring local implementation of HQ agendas,
- Managing and optimizing integrated media mixes, overseeing significant media budgets, and delivering actionable insights from campaign data,
- Optimizing digital campaigns and media investments for measurable success (hands-on in key accounts),
- Leading performance reviews, market research, and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions,
Act as a global media program lead, which includes:
- Setting program direction, developing service offerings and growing the program by adding new platforms,
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance, managing brand safety, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends,
- Mentoring teams, fostering continuous improvement, and maximizing program impact through data-driven decisions.
Qualifications & skills
Must-have:
- University degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or related field,
- 5+ years’ experience in digital media, including hands-on work and strategy development,
- Strong understanding of IT, MS Office, and high-performance operations,
- Ability to interpret metrics, deliver actionable insights, and drive transformation.
- Team-oriented, results-driven, and fluent in English.
Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential as you'll coordinate across departments to drive change. You'll also simplify technical concepts for non-experts.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in regulated industries and/or international environments,
- Familiarity with digital media modeling and/or matrix organizations.
