About the department
The eCommerce and Digital Solutions department plays a pivotal role in creating Coloplast's online presence and driving digital strategies with our commercial teams that cater to our global markets. As a Digital Delivery Product Owner, the individual leads a team of web and eCommerce editors and Designer to scale our digital solutions and ensure that our websites meet the needed quality and specific needs of each market, ultimately improving customer engagement and satisfaction. Situated within the broader Digital, Data and IT, this department collaborates closely with HQ and other global branches, integrating new content, new product launches and functionality to create a cohesive digital experience across all regions.

The Digital Delivery Product Owner is responsible for leading a team of web editors, eCommerce editors and Designers to enhance Coloplast's digital solutions, ensuring that websites are tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse global markets. This role plays a crucial part in driving customer engagement and satisfaction by integrating new content and functionalities that deliver a seamless digital experience. Digital Delivery Product Owner owns the end‑to‑end delivery of digital content and functionality - from planning and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement - ensuring that global standards are balanced with local market needs.
Through collaborating with HQ and markets, strong backlog ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and a structured, quality‑driven approach to execution, the Digital Delivery Product Owner contributes to impact of our digital strategy, ensuring that our online presence effectively supports the organization's commercial goals.
Your responsibilities
- Understanding local needs to adapt to global solutions: Focuses on value for consumers and the business, avoiding unnecessary local features.
- Stakeholder Management: Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships, resolves conflicts diplomatically, and develops networks.
- Communication: solid communication skills with a dialogue-based approach to collaboration as well as a positive and open mindset
- Structure: Works systematically, organizes work, and holds on to tasks and projects.
- Project Management: Highly organized, good at multitasking, skilled at negotiation, and capable of leading a group toward a goal.Intercultural understanding: Communicates with people from other cultures and understands problems from their perspective.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that all deliverables for the team meet high-quality standards and comply with brand requirements, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
- Build, own, prioritize, and maintain the editorial backlog, with full responsibility for Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with priorities, capacity, and delivery goals.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of global and local websites, including planning, rollout coordination, cross‑team alignment, testing, reviews, and formal sign‑offs, ensuring a high‑quality end product. Act as the primary bridge between editorial, development, design, and content teams.
- Proactively own digital maintenance activities, including content and environment clean‑ups, migrations from legacy solutions, and ongoing upgrades to ensure platform stability and scalability.
Requirements
- Experience in managing end to end digital solution rollouts as a product owner or delivery lead.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage a rollout backlog.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies (like Optimizely) and tools such as DevOps, Jira
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and clearly communicate scope, priorities, and decisions.
- Proactive problem-solver with with a strong ability to identify risks, resolve delivery impediments, and drive issues to closure.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- Excellent communication skills enabling clear articulation of priorities, scope, risks, and decisions in complex delivery setups.
