About the department

 

You will join our Branding & Design team, responsible for shaping and protecting the Coloplast brand globally. Together with colleagues in Denmark and Poland, we work closely with marketing, digital and regional teams to create a consistent and engaging brand experience across markets. We are a collaborative international team that values creativity, clarity and helping others bring the brand to life.
 

Currently, we are looking for a new colleague for a temporary contract (approx. until April 2028).

 

About the job

 

Do you enjoy leading people while driving digital change that makes daily work easier across an international organisation? As a Design & Brand Tools Team Leader, you will lead a small specialised team in Szczecin and take hands-on ownership of digital and IT-related initiatives supporting our global Branding & Design stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with business colleagues, IT specialists/system owners and external suppliers to turn needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Lead and develop a small team in Szczecin by setting clear direction, priorities and ways of working
  • Support performance, development and wellbeing, building a collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Ensure strong coordination between the Szczecin team and the global Branding & Design organisation, aligning on expectations and changing needs
  • Drive digital and IT-related projects end-to-end: from business need and requirements to testing, implementation and user adoption
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and facilitate smooth cooperation with IT teams and external partners
  • Manage scope, timelines, dependencies and risks to ensure predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing digital solutions and ensure they remain user-friendly, scalable and fit for purpose
  • Manage external suppliers and follow up on delivery, quality and performance

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience in team management and creating a healthy, high-performing team environment
  • Solid experience in managing digital and/or IT-related projects in a business context
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and structured delivery plans
  • Experience in working with IT teams, system owners, developers and/or external technology partners
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
  • Very good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in an international organization will be an advantage
  • Branding/creative environment experience will be an advantage
