About the department
Our B2B Sales Support teams are responsible for close contact with significant B2B Healthcare Customers such as hospitals, private clinics, medical institutions, pharmacies, distributors, and sales representatives. We stay close to the Customers because as the department we are mainly responsible for processing their orders and entering their data into our systems.

 

About the job

The Contracts Department is a dynamic team with a high level of interaction with multiple departments within Coloplast.  This is an opportunity to make an impact by establishing best practices and processes within the Contracts team.  The Contracts Administrator is responsible for handling requests for new customer contracts and making changes to existing contracts within Coloplast and external customer’s systems.  This position will develop and maintain standardized reports and customer templates.  High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills are critical in this role as we drive Coloplast’s continuous growth in the US.

 

Your responsibilities

•    Processing Letters of Commitment (LOC’s) in a timely fashion to ensure customers associated with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO’s) receive the correct pricing
•    Developing and managing customer relationships by demonstrating strong customer service and communication email throughout the Coloplast Contract process.  
•    Demonstrating both written and verbal customer knowledge and expertise while providing timely and accurate information and notification
•    Being responsible for a high level of data administration into the Contracts Access Database; as well as contractual documentation and record retention
•    Ensuring ongoing communication to related departments 
•    Preparing files in Excel and ensuring timely payment of specific discounts or administration/transaction fees to customers
•    Approving access to GPO pricing based on analysis of sales potential, past purchase history etc.

 

Requirements 

•    English skills – very good level (min. B2) is a must-have
•    Experience in an administration, back office or similar role will be very helpful here!
•    Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
•    Basic knowledge of any computer software (any database system like CRM or ERP)
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work 9:00-17:00; Monday – Friday
