Sales Representative (1 year contract)

The job
Responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong customer relationships to a point where he/she is viewed as a trusted advisor for wound and ostomy care
- Proficient in Coloplast’s sales process to be able to meet customer needs and handle drawbacks, misunderstandings, scepticism and indifference
- Be highly conversant with Coloplast and competitor products
- Develop account plans for assigned territory to provide clarity on how he/she will gain and defend business
- Maintain a call cycle which optimises time with customers
- Keep up-to-date records of customer contact in CRM
- Participate in industry and company events which help promote Coloplast
- Be able to support clinicians achieve optimal patient outcomes which may at times involve supporting patients in their homes
- Support the broader Singapore team develop strategies and implement in market activities which support the business grow.
Qualifications
- Medical related college/university graduate preferred
- 2-3 years sales experience in medical devices/pharma or 2-3 years nursing experience with strong commercial mindset
- Demonstrated success in building a sales territory and rapport quickly
- Deep understanding of the Singapore Healthcare system and what influences customer product selection
- English – written and spoken
- Effective influencing, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
