  • Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Leads marketing strategy for the continence care portfolio in Korea, identifying patient needs, user insights, and key market dynamics.
  • Develops and executes integrated marketing plans, including multi-channel promotional activities (digital, offline, HCP and patient engagement).
  • Drives product positioning and adoption through effective patient communication and campaign execution.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Consumer Care, Clinical Nurse team, HCPs, patient organizations, and KOLs to implement programs and enhance commercial effectiveness.
  • Localizes and executes global strategies and materials to ensure strong market impact and sales readiness.
  • Monitors market and competitor intelligence, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and strategy.
  • Supports product training and capability building to strengthen internal expertise and sales execution.
  • Contributes to regulatory strategy and cross-functional initiatives to improve market access and standard of care.

 

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with at least 3+ years in marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, including multi-channel communication within healthcare environments.
  • Strong understanding of patient pathways and ability to identify unmet patient needs and translate insights into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in marketing initiatives execution, with a track record of driving engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and financial performance, and translate them into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking capability with the ability to define long-term vision, drive product positioning, and execute lifecycle management to maximize portfolio performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing plans effectively, deliver results, and drive both short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Good understanding of market access, competitive landscape, and ability to derive insights on competitor strategies, positioning, pricing, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
