Senior Project Manager

You will be responsible for running complex and international projet and Manage multi-disciplinary project teams including members from R&D, Marketing and Operations in collaboration with other parts of the

You lead the development projects through all phased gates and stages of product development as per the Coloplast quality system and you are able to organize projects as per waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies

 

Missions

  • Manage and finalize scope, schedule & resources. Ensure project progress according to those plans - challenge the timeline and resource allocation to secure timely deliverables
  • Assures that every team member establishes and maintains the technical skill level required to execute the Product Development programs
  • Manage communication with stakeholders – ensure that the project is aligned with business goals and as it progresses ensure that it remains aligned with the initial business goals and changes are communicated to stakeholders (International)
  • Identify/negotiate resources and needs for project teams, form development project team at project initiation
  • Meets managerial requirements related to Quality Systems and Design Control as well as any other requirement specifically designated by corporate or site policies or procedures. 
  • Identify, monitor and communicate project risks, and escalate issues to stakeholders and management in a timely fashion
  • Deal with new initiatives and tasks, major deviations; propose solutions to the relevant decision makers
  • Because of his experience and know how in the field of Endourology, PM could be asked as subject expert matter in solving specific issue related to product complaints and other quality issue and act as expert with Product
  • Participate in Innovation process with Head of Innovation.

 

Profil

 

  • Engineer
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Knowledge within the medical device industry inclusive quality requirements and regulatory requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English - Confortable in both commercial and scientific contexts
  • Experience and knowledge of MS Project
  • Ability to solve problems and facilitate decision making
  • Ability to influence, lead and collaborate.
  • Out-of-the box thinking
  • Ambitious and results oriented
  • Good communication skills
