Coloplast Business Centre, located in San Jose, Costa Rica, is part of the global Coloplast Business Centre organization under Business Support. CPBC in Szczecin (Poland) is one of the largest Coloplast sites worldwide, experiencing sustainable growth over the years. Our organization includes multiple departments supporting Coloplast globally in sales, production, distribution, IT, marketing, HR, and finance processes. Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin employs approximately 800 people. The Costa Rica site is strategically designed to support our business operations in North America.
About the job
Sales Operations Manager role is a dual position with a primary focus on Comfort Medical business, while also being an integral part of the CPBC Costa Rica (CR) Management team. As a member of a newly established organization supporting North American operations, you will play a key role in shaping its future through collaboration and delivering high performance.
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for leading Leaders within the Comfort Medical business area within various processes in scope. The person will represent the CBPC teams in Comfort Medical`s leadership team and ensure performance according to the aligned priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and report performance of the teams on monthly basis incl. productivity
• Set the expectations towards the teams in alignment with Comfort Medical strategy
• Ensure all processes are being delivered according to the aligned KPIs
• Ensure proper onboarding and training of supervised teams
• Assure the team is familiar with the equipment, routine, and standards of the department. Monitor progress of team members and inform them of changes in procedures, technologies, policies, and practices
• Hold relevant communication and seek alignment with key stakeholders as well as ensure communication flow between the teams no matter the location
• Promote a positive and cooperative attitude in order to facilitate a high degree of morale in the department; translate that positive attitude into a productive and loyal workforce
• Develop, enforce and track departmental goals based on strategies in alignment with leadership
• Being able to handle and resolve escalated customer or insurance issues
• Assure all processes and SOPs are in compliance with HIPAA privacy standards, all state and local laws, our Accrediting agency, OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid, Third-Party and private payor guidelines
Competences:
• 5+ years’ experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
• 3+ years` of leadership experience
• Experience in Shared Services will be a plus
• Master`s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and management skills as well as change management capabilities
• Very good level of English (C1) writing and communication skills (it’s a Company business language)
• Availability for business trips, approximately 30 days a year
