Telehealth Specialist
We are looking for Telehealth Specialists to use their sales skills to find appropriate solutions for people managing their chronic condition. It is a performance driven culture with significant training and development to help you succeed. You do not need clinical training as it will be provided and you will work in conjunction with Clinical / Nursing teams.

This position is a consumer focused role. This means you will be great on the telephone and have a confident and helpful manner. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, manage sample orders, guide consumers on product choice and use, and offer follow up support.


As a Telehealth Specialist, you will perform to the highest standards and governance, responding to enquiries. This is not cold calling. It is a rewarding job where we respond to issues people are having and find solutions for their needs.

You will also be a great team player. When you have built up your own knowledge you will likely help in the training of new colleagues.

Qualifications
We’d love to talk if you have a background in delivering on your performance targets.


On a professional level, this role requires

  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding your sales targets within a structured working environment.
  • Ideally you would come from a Telesales background, an outbound calling job role or a role when demanding targets have been set and achieved.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
  • Medical or clinical experience is desirable but not essential as we will provide all of the training you require

  • Empathy, good listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of others.
  • Curiosity to understand the business and how you can make an impact.
  • Strong desire to succeed within a highly ethical framework.
  • A results-oriented mind-set, and an outgoing personality with natural skills in building relationships and engaging in conversations that will lead to results.
