Telehealth Specialist

 

We are looking for Telehealth Specialists to engage with our consumers, you will be supporting their needs by providing them with knowledge and guidance of Coloplast products and services over the telephone. Join us now to help in making life easier for people with intimate health care needs.

 

The job

 

This position is a consumer focused, support role designed to be a resource to both new and current users of healthcare products. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, manage sample orders, guide consumers on product choice and use, and offer follow up support.

As a Telehealth Specialist, you will work efficiently to meet daily contacts and sales targets following up on requests from consumers.  This is not cold calling. We respond to issues people are having and find solutions for their needs.

You will keep key metrics and detailed tracking of individual consumer activity – which will be used to feed insights to the Marketing and Management teams.

About the department


The Telehealth team is a significant contributor to the company’s growth, changing the way a medical device company interacts with its consumers.

You’ll be working with different consumers every day, not to mention collaborating with teams, both across the office and the globe. Qualifications


We’d love to talk if you have a background in delivering on your KPI’s/targets within an outbound calling position.

On a professional level, this role requires:

  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding your sales targets within a structured working environment.
  • Ideally you would come from a Telesales background, or a role when demanding targets have been set
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • Medical or clinical experience is desirable but not essential.
     

On a personal level, this role requires:

  • Empathy, patience and maturity towards others
  • Strong desire to succeed within a highly ethical framework
  • A results-oriented mind-set, and an outgoing personality with natural skills in building relationships and engaging in conversations that will lead to results
     

We want you to be comfortable with change, unafraid to take a few risks, speak up to make things better, and last but not least, you must be hungry to achieve.
 
The salary offered will be between £21,
500– £23,500 (depending on experience), plus bonus and an excellent flexible benefits package. In addition to that, the sense of personal satisfaction felt every day is immense and extremely rewarding.
