The role of Telehealth Specialist

We are looking for Telesales / Telehealth Specialists to explore the needs of our customers, providing solutions from our product and services offerings to live a fuller life.  It is a performance driven culture with significant training and development to help you succeed. You do not need to be clinically trained as it will be provided and you will work in conjunction with Clinical / Nursing teams.

This position is a customer focused role. This means you will be great on the telephone and have a confident and helpful manner. You will follow up product sample requests over the phone from online or other marketing activity amongst existing and prospective customers, guiding people to the right product choice and usage, and offer follow up support.

It’s a hugely rewarding role amongst a great team having a tremendous impact on many people’s lives.  We are looking for great team players with the opportunity to develop, supporting and training other Telehealth Specialists over time, potentially leading to our management development programme.
 

Qualifications

On a professional level, this role requires

  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding your sales targets within a structured working environment.
  • Ideally you would come from a Telesales background, an outbound calling job role or a role when demanding targets have been set and achieved.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
  • Medical or clinical experience is desirable but not essential as we will provide all of the training you require

  • Empathy, good listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of others.
  • Curiosity to understand the business and how you can make an impact.
  • Strong desire to succeed within a highly ethical framework.
  • A results-oriented mind-set, and an outgoing personality with natural skills in building relationships and engaging in conversations that will lead to results.

The salary offered will be between £21,500 – £23,500 (depending on experience), plus bonus an uncapped bonus with average being £4,000 and an excellent flexible benefits package and upto 5% Profit Related Pay.
