Are you ready to lead digital activity for our consumer and eCommerce platforms? Coloplast is seeking a proactive and innovative Senior Online Marketing Manager to drive our digital agenda forward. In this role, you will oversee performance campaigns, take ownership of our eCommerce platform and work collaboratively with various teams to enhance online growth and customer experience.
The Role…
You will manage performance campaigns across multiple channels for both acquisition and retention, ensuring that each campaign effectively reaches and engages our target audience. Additionally, you will take digital product ownership, ensuring our eCommerce platform meets business needs and delivers a seamless customer experience.
Your role will include executing paid online media strategies to drive lead generation for customer acquisition, working closely with the Global team to align efforts. You will implement plans to boost growth through SEO and digital content, continually optimising our online presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
As part of your responsibilities, you will work on end-to-end process optimisation to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. This includes driving customer ordering through Coloplast Charter and managing consumer platforms and digital communications using tools like Episerver and Zendesk. You will analyse customer journey data to optimise marketing activation and web design, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Taking ownership of the customer experience, you will innovate our digital offering based on customer feedback, ensuring our services meet and exceed customer expectations. You will also manage digital initiatives with effective project management skills, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Who are we looking for?
You will need to align digital products with business needs and opportunities, utilising SEO to champion and improve its impact. Managing paid acquisition strategies will be crucial, as will driving the Annual Business Plan and Coloplast vision delivery. Supporting marketing success with data-driven insights and making strategic decisions based on critical assessment of KPIs will be essential.
Setting standards for marketing strategy and championing best practices will be part of your role as a brand guardian, ensuring all activities align with the brand vision. Improving operational processes and managing content approval and stakeholder responsibilities will be key to maintaining governance and compliance.
As a critical thinker, you will balance multiple priorities with resilience, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills as a team player. Continuously seeking performance improvements, you will balance a customer-centric approach with a commercial mindset. Proficiency in project management techniques will be essential to your success in this role.
