Medical Affairs Manager (Chronic Care Division)

Coloplast UK, one of the most successful medical device companies globally, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Medical Affairs Manager to join our Chronic Care division. As a member of the Evidence team you will play a pivotal role in driving evidence-based initiatives that improve the lives of patients with chronic conditions.
Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Senior Evidence Generation Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior clinicians, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across the UK and global business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute projects aligned to the evidence roadmap for chronic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication of clinical-scientific information demonstrating relevant value across multiple stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior clinicians, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Organizational Skills: Keep projects on track, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
- Task-Driven Approach: Lead and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring project milestones are met and reported
- Ostomy and Continence Care Experience: While not a prerequisite, understanding ostomy and continence care will be beneficial You’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our unique healthcare landscape.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Life Sciences disciplines)
- Excellent communicator of clinical-scientific information
- Project Management experience; you should be able to provide examples of excellence in project delivery, ideally in a life sciences environment
- Experience in the field of clinical trials, scientific methods, and publications
- Work experience in the medical device environment or the pharmaceutical industry
- Team and solution-orientated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, whilst maintaining a structured independent way of working
