Market Access Associate – UK
(Remote with Travel)
We’re looking for a curious, proactive and analytically minded individual to join our Payers & Evidence team as a Market Access Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, mission‑driven organisation and play a key role in ensuring patients across the UK & Ireland can access the best possible products and services within our Chronic Care portfolio. Whether you’re an ambitious graduate with a relevant degree or someone with a couple of years’ experience looking for your next step, this role offers an exceptional learning environment and exposure to national reimbursement, value communication and evidence‑based decision making.
The Role –
In this role, you’ll support a broad range of Market Access activities that help shape how our products are priced, evaluated and reimbursed at both national and local levels. You’ll work closely with Market Access Managers and the wider P&E team to contribute to tools, value propositions and evidence that support reimbursement and formulary inclusion for both our driveline and pipeline products. You will also play an important part in key UK projects and help manage our Market Access materials, ensuring they are approved, accurate and kept up to date. Collaboration will be central to your success, as you’ll work with teams across Marketing, Evidence, Clinical Operations, Public Affairs and our Global Payers & Evidence colleagues to keep projects moving and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, naturally analytical and highly organised. You might have completed a degree in Economics, Epidemiology, Psychology, Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Outcomes Research or a related discipline, or you may already have some experience in Market Access, health research, data analysis or a similar field. Strong numeracy, an ability to critically review clinical and economic literature, and a commercial mindset will set you up well. We’re looking for a team-focused individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work proactively across multiple stakeholders. If you enjoy problem‑solving, managing multiple priorities and being part of a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
