The Role -

As the Head of Finance, you will oversee all aspects of the UK&I Finance department, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Support. Your primary responsibilities will include financial planning, reporting, cost management, and governance. You will manage the month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external audits. Collaborating closely with teams across the UK and Global HQ, you will support the management of P&Ls and drive successful financial performance. Leading a team of six, you will foster their development while ensuring that all transactional processes are efficiently managed through our Business Centre in Poland.

Based at our head office in Peterborough, we offer hybrid working arrangements because we understand the value of flexibility. Ideally, we envision a commitment of 2-3 days in the office, but we are open to discussing this further upon application to accommodate your needs.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a qualified Accountant with extensive post-qualified experience (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). You should have previous experience in financial management roles, including leading day-to-day, monthly, and yearly financial operations. People management experience is essential, as you will be responsible for leading and developing a team. Additionally, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is crucial for success in this role.
