As a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Chronic Care division, you’ll bring your fresh ideas, creativity, and passion for digital marketing to life. You’ll be hands-on with exciting campaigns, real-world data, and a supportive team that’s as ambitious as you are. Whether you’re writing engaging social media posts, optimising website content, or using data to refine strategies, your work will have a real impact — not just on the brand, but on people's lives.

Location: Hybrid – Work 2–3 days per week from our Peterborough office.
What You'll Be Doing:

Plan and execute consumer marketing campaigns across email, social media, and websites.

Create and optimise engaging digital content that brings our brand to life.

Manage and grow our social media presence using real-time insights and trends.

Dive into data: use social listening tools and analytics to continuously improve our strategy.

Build and manage automated email campaigns to drive customer engagement.

Support SEO best practices to maximise our digital reach.

Test, learn, and improve — use A/B testing and performance metrics to fine-tune campaigns.

Collaborate with a friendly, talented team and external partners to deliver outstanding results.
What You’ll Bring:

A degree in Marketing.

1–2 years of experience in a corporate marketing or digital marketing role.

A solid understanding of social media, email marketing, and content management systems.

A bonus if you know basic HTML/CSS for email design!

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and social listening tools.

A curious, data-driven mindset — you love turning insights into action.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
