The role -
The role of Digital Activation Manager is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of digital activity for our consumer and eCommerce. You will be responsible for the development and execution of digital channels including Website, SEO and Paid working collaboratively with the Digital Campaign Executive and wider stakeholders to drive online growth. 

You will monitor performance and should continually seek to find improvements. You will be able to strike the balance between being customer-centric alongside data-driven commercial mindset. 

  • Manage digital campaigns across multiple channels aligned to consumer marketing functions for acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Together with the Global team execute paid online media opportunities to drive lead generation for Coloplast customer acquisition 
  • Executing on SEO & digital content plan to drive growth in this channel 
  • Drive channel mix of ordering customers through Coloplast Charter  
  • Responsibility for the running of consumer platforms and digital communications (Episerver, Zendesk, etc) 
  • Have proven experience with audience segmentation and digital pathways 
  • Analyse customer journey and engagement data to shape marketing activation and web design to maximise conversion rates 
  • Link Customer Experience feedback to innovate the consumer digital offering 




Experience Required -

  • Educated to Honours Degree level 
  • CIM Digital Marketing is desirable but not essential  
  • Strong customer journey and experience management of websites, intranets, and digital service solutions 
  • Detailed knowledge of digital marketing ranging from SEO/SEM, email, databases, and organic  
  • Detailed knowledge of Paid Social & Paid Search campaigns 
  • Considerable exposure to running, maintaining and developing consumer facing websites with ecommerce capabilities
