We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team in a consumer-focused sales role, supporting individuals living with chronic conditions. This is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to be part of something truly meaningful.

The role

As part of our team, you will:

  • Proactively contact existing and prospective consumers
  • Provide expert advice across a range of product areas
  • Guide users through product selection and usage
  • Manage sample orders and provide meaningful follow-up
  • Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer experiences

 

This is not a cold calling role. Instead, you'll respond to real challenges people are facing, offering compassionate and clinically informed solutions.  We will provide comprehensive clinical training to help you succeed and support your professional growth from day one.

 

This is an office-based role with the ability to work from home a few days a week once probation is passed. Commuting distance to Peterborough is essential.

  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities and using PC systems with accuracy

A background in telesales, outbound calling, or any target-driven environment is desirable, but if you have transferable skills and a desire to deliver exceptional customer care, we’d love to hear from you.
