Business Support Coordinator – Part Time
Looking for a flexible part time role where you can make a real impact? Join our Distribution Centre team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly through excellent organisation, communication and administrative support.
This position offers flexibility for the right candidate, with contracted hours of between 15 to 18 hours per week, agreed upon appointment and worked consistently each week. The working pattern can be tailored to suit the successful candidate, with ideally the hours worked across a minimum of 3 days a week, to be discussed at application stage.
The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our Distribution Centre team on a parttime basis. This is a varied and rewarding role that plays a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site through high-quality administration, coordination and communication. Working closely with colleagues across the Distribution Centre, you will help organise meetings and events, manage operational communications, support reporting activities and ensure the team has the administrative support needed to deliver an excellent service.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced administrator or coordinator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organised and running efficiently. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders. A proactive approach, willingness to support others and a continuous improvement mindset are essential. Previous experience in an administrative, operational support or coordination role is required.
