The role

This is a new and exciting role in our structure reporting to our Head of Marketing in Ostomy.  This role is responsible for writing and supporting the delivery of clinical education for Health Care professionals specialising in Ostomy Care.  This is a great opportunity to build a career with strong mentorship and development from our Education Manager. 

 

This role has National travel as required.  Outside of travel time the role falls under our blended working policy, working across Head Office in Peterborough and a home location.

 

Key Responsibilities include

  • Implements the Coloplast Professional OC Strategy and fully supports the OC Education Manager’s activities
  • Develops strategically relevant, targeted content across online, offline and F2F delivery channels
  • Stakeholder relationship management with Ostomy KOLs for strategic projects and business development in collaboration with OC Education Manager, Project Manager, Events, Consumer, Training and Marketing teams
  • Develops, updates and executes content for internal teams, particularly sales force, nursing and telehealth teams. Content will include clinical application of products. Supports in the development and delivery of bespoke learning opportunities in collaboration with the TM’s/RBL’s .
  • Undertakes desktop and third-party research to support bespoke projects (as delivered by the Strategic Project Manager)
  • Supports the Events team by providing supporting administrative and project management tasks include but not limited to contract management, honoraria payments
  • Supports Coloplast Professional website by regular monitoring to ensure relevant, current content is readily available, tests access to new content, sets and measures KPIs
  • Supports Showpad by regular monitoring to ensure relevant, current content is readily available, tests access to new content, sets and measures KPIs


Experience and Competencies required to be successful in this role

  • Degree background  
  • Demonstrates knowledge of NHS landscape
  • Able to think critically with commercial awareness and environmental understanding
  • Confident to adapt work and think strategically 
  • Strong drive to deliver results
  • Excellent at stakeholder engagement
  • Comfortable with using different educational platforms internally, e.g., speaking at conferences, webinar presentations, digital platforms
  • Strong desire to learn 
  • Confidence to handle challenge and questions 
  • Background of medical sales or experience of building relationships with nurses would be preferable 
  • Full UK Driving Licence
