INTERNAL APPLICATION - SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT (2-year fixed-term contract)

Your primary tasks/responsibilities:

• Supply Chain related CC handling
• responsible for communication with the steakholders about relevant information to or from the customers,
• initiate necessary steps to fulfil logistic goals and meet transfer deadlines,
• support manufacturing, supply chain processes,
• participate in different meetings, project
• making production plans according to demand and capacity,
• check for availability of raw materials at the shop floor,
• responsible for follow up on production output,
• report BOV/SAO and plan adherence and all relevant Supply Chain KPI-s,

Your qualifications:

• secondary school
• medium level in written and oral English,
• experienced user of IT systems (e.g. Excel and E1),
• analytical skills,
• good communication skills.

• result and customer oriented,
• team player who will be an active part in the Supply Chain team,
• open-minded and handle changes as a challenge,
• enjoy working in a dynamic and changeable environment,
• take responsibility and be proactive in daily work,
• put an honour in keeping deadlines.

• production planning and any supply chain activities experience
• E1, Power BI, advanced planning system knowledge,
• experience in international environment.
