Job Function Summary
|
- Responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and execution of training systems, including developing and training programs to support manufacturing and supporting groups.
|
Major Areas of Accountability
|
- Responsible for new hire and current employee training on all equipment, systems and processes including but not limited to, packaging, compounding, sanitizing, and daily production operations.
- Facilitate and support carrier growth outlined in the job tier development plan (Supporting Production Supervisors)
- Works on and with Global efforts.
- Work with leader to identify skills gaps and recommend solutions to close the gap..
- Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency, and effectiveness.
- Work with leaders to observe employees and determine the effectiveness of training programs and ensure that any additional training requirements are fulfilled.
- Document each training program and module properly and provide follow up for refresher training courses.
- Exhibit and practice positive communications and team building skills with trainees to ensure a consistently professional environment aligned with Coloplast values.
- Answer any communication professionally and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders to provide optimal service
- Create, manage and assign learning profiles in tracking systems
- Complies with all EHS safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor.

Basic Qualifications
|
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 7+ years experience in a manufacturing operations environment
- Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English
- Ability to perform basic Microsoft functions including but not limited to: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Ability to meet physical requirements per production need
- Experience working with inventory management systems
- Experience in an FDA regulated environment

- Associates Degree
- 5+ years of previous training experience
- Bilingual
