The role: 

This is a new position due to the incredible success of our field based Wound Care sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads and actively seeking out new business opportunities in the aged care and community arena for our field sales team. As a self-motivated and proactive individual, you will help bring this new position to life, leveraging your excellent communication skills, passion, and hunger to drive growth. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Contact aged care facilities and community providers through cold calls and email.
  • Research and identify potential customers to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads for our field sales team by understanding customer needs and introducing our wound care products. 
  • Maintain database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to schedule appointments. 
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights, and develop strategies. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular follow up with leads and customers to maximise growth opportunities.  

 

To succeed: 

  • Proven successes in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in successfully applying sales models, processes, and tools.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Effective time management skills and administrative capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven and results oriented.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
