Who you are:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will process business-to-business orders, ensuring an outstanding customer service experience for Coloplast clients. This role requires diligence and precision in a fast-paced environment.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Efficiently handle customer orders with high accuracy.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order issues.

  • Make and handle general customer calls regarding orders and accounts.

  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly.

  • Perform precise data entry and administrative duties.

  • Coordinate sample orders and approval processes.

  • Manage deliveries and returns with freight partners.

  • Ensure seamless hospital surgery scheduling and surgical equipment dispatch.

  • Strong communication skills across various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
