What we are looking for:

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this frontline role, you'll support consumers, B2B customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and care.

As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll play an important role in processing orders, resolving enquiries, coordinating deliveries, and helping customers achieve the best possible outcomes.

About the role: 

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and SMS.

• Process customer orders, payments, and account enquiries accurately and efficiently.

• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, providing timely updates and solutions.

• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and freight partners to support order fulfilment, deliveries, returns, and tracking.

• Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative and reporting tasks.

• Manage enquiries through shared email systems and support order investigations.

• Assist with website enquiries and product fault investigations.

• Identify opportunities to connect customers with relevant sales team members where appropriate.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
