Who you are:

We are seeking an energetic, passionate and innovate sales professional with strong clinical foundations and a passion to make a difference, and the drive to achieve it. We measure ourselves on the development and maintenance of long-term relationships which leads to ambitious growth and exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will be representing Coloplast’s Bowel Care portfolio, cultivating strong partnerships with decision makers and healthcare professionals across your territory.

 

Your responsibility:

  • Promote and increase knowledge and usage of Bowel Care products and solutions in Hospitals and Community Care

  • Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts

  • Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialist, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders

  • Educate end users and health professionals on Bowel Care products via phone or in-persons sessions

  • Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan

  • Meet KPIs around activity and objectives

  • Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.

 

To be successful:

  • Relevant nursing qualifications and current, valid AHPRA registration

  • Clinical nursing experience, preferably in relevant specialty (e.g. Bowel & Colo-rectal)

  • Strong drive, ambition and flexible approach to the role

  • Tenacity, passion and hunger for growth and results

  • Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets

  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

  • A team player.
