About the role:
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Consumer Care Team. In this role, you will provide personalised phone-based support to patients, ensuring they receive the best care in our Peristeen Support Program.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide phone-based support and advice to patients for better bowel management through the 12-week Peristeen Support Program
- Provide funding application support by developing and reviewing justification letters.
- Act as a point of escalation for general clinical queries from continence and ostomy consumers.
- Review consumer usage and product effectiveness, make product recommendations for improved patient outcomes.
To succeed:
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- 3 years of nursing experience
- Able to combine clinical knowledge (ideally within continence and ostomy care) with a commercial mindset
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated time management and administrative capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
