The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead strategic business initiatives, operational transformation projects, and continuous improvement programs across our ANZ business.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded project leader who enjoys driving change, improving business processes, and delivering cross-functional initiatives that create measurable business impact.
Rather than focusing solely on operational management, you will work across multiple functions including Supply Chain, Business Analytics, IT and facilities to identify opportunities, lead projects, optimise processes, and support the successful delivery of our business strategy.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project execution in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
Your responsibilities:

Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiative using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and design improved process frameworks.

Lead cross-functional change initiatives, acting as the key liaison between operations and broader business teams.

Define, monitor, and improve key SLAs and KPIs, conducting root cause analysis on performance issues.

Oversee capacity planning and assess business model impacts for seasonal demand and change initiatives.

Ensure strong supply chain performance,

Manage property and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
To be successful:

Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, business transformation initiatives, or continuous improvement programs.

Strong project management capabilities, including planning, stakeholder management and implementation.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions and leadership levels.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical business outcomes.

Strong commercial acumen and a focus on driving operational excellence and measurable results.

Experience in ERP systems, business reporting tools, and process improvement methodologies.

Degree-qualified with Lean Six Sigma, Change Management will be highly regarded.
