The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our ANZ team.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving commercial insight and business performance across ANZ. You will contribute to shaping pricing strategies, evaluating business cases, and supporting key strategic projects. As a subject matter expert, you will provide deep insights into performance across products, customers, channels, and geographics, enabling data-driven decision making across the business.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyse commercial performance across products, customers, contracts, and channels to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain pricing tools to drive consistency and standardisation across the business.
• Monitor and analyse contract performance (revenue, profitability, market share),and proactively recommend actions for improvement.
• Support strategic projects including pricing competitiveness and business case analysis.
• Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders to support decision making across the business.

To be successful:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Curious, proactive, and collaborative, with a solutions-focused mindset.
